By three years' hard work, having made a further technology promotion on the basis of the breakthrough in the field of electronic grade Phosphoric Acid (Ele P.A.), we has successfully developed a Independent Intelligent Property Right Technology concerning the manufacturing of super purity semiconductor grade phosphoric acid (Semi P.A ).
Semi P.A. excels Ele P.A. and hi-purity grade (HP) P.A., which quality well attains the Global Process Chemicals Committee quality standards of SEMI C36-0301 and meets the requirements laid down in SEMI C7, SEMI C8 and SEMI C12.
So far we are capable of producing 3000 ton per year, with the quality attaining the highest criteria concerning the use of P.A in producing semiconductors. Besides, the impurity product of our products is lower than what is reported at home and abroad. In addition, having gone through international standard examinations and well-received by customers, we have exported to Korea and Japan.
Right now we are aiming at the first expansion of the annual production capacity to 36000 ton, by means of this technology, which is expected to be achieved by July, 2007. The second expansion with another 36000ton production line will be finished .
